Response time

Does anyone know how long the sales team take to respond on average? Anything is appreciated

Context:
I ordered a product today and was instructed to contact the sales team to complete my order, they have taken my deposit on the product and it still displays as "awaiting payment" under my orders. I have already made a thread in the appropriate place and have yet to get a response, it has been 4+ hours

It's likely to have something to do with it being Sunday.
Also, you really don't need to have your exact address in your location info on the forum

OCUK Sales teams do not work Sundays. They work Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30 on webnotes and 17:00 via telephone. On Saturdays webnotes only and times are 09:00 to 17:00.
