response times slowing down on games

hey guys i got this system about 4 months ago now and at the start everything was going nice, now games like worldofwarcraft diablo at the start of load up stop responding and now skype is slow on responding with messages and sometimes stops responding. i dont know the issue im sure it can be many issues but if anyone can help me with maybe try diagnose the problem, maybe it could be my hardrives. i have tried error checking on both hardrives but all seems normal.

here is my computer spec:

i have a seagate 750wg powersupply
msi gtx 780 lightning

personally i think even though i have run driver scans, and also run CHKDSK in CMD it still said nothing is wrong..i think it might be either ram or drivers...also while typing this up with 5 tabs open it just completely froze my computer and i had to reboot, i did not get a bluescreen it just froze

Seems like something is dodgy but I would say software over HW ,, try system restore to a time when it worked fine? Run Memtest to check your ram.
 
all the system restore points are only a couple of days ago i really need one what is like 3 months ago to play it safe but i dont think i have them dates on the system restore by just checking
 
ok i really need your patience just for a second. i do not have a cd drive, i got a windows 7 code i believe so how do i just reinstal windows without a disk
 
You download the Windows Image file.
Then download the Windows USB boot tool

Run the USB tool and point it to the USB drive and the Windows image file.

Then let it create the USB pen.

Reboot PC - boot from USB and it installs the same as if you was installing windows from a CD. (You may need to go into your BIOS and make USB bootable, first boot option)

do you have a link where i can download the windows 7 64 bit image file to put on my windows usb boot tool?
 
will do dude i will google is my friend haha, might be a dumb question but if i put a backup files on the same usb as putting my windows7 it wont mess up the reinstall on windows will it because there is other applications on the usb?
 
you've already been given the links and instructions. see the posts from KIA and Ace Modder.

if you have files on the USB stick you want to keep, make sure you have copies elsewhere as the tool that makes it bootable will wipe it clean. when that process is complete, you can fill up any remaining space on the usb stick with your own files again.

i know i have been given the links, i have gone through them and still need help this is why im still replying on this thread. on the windows7iso link it says: "These are now available for those who currently have Microsoft Windows 7 with Genuine Activation Keys. These are the legitimate downloads, full ISO image to burn to a good quality blank DVD using any good image burning program such as ImgBurn" i do not have a DVD drive to burn the iso image. or any spare dvd disks to burn the iso image on another computer with. so i need another method.
