Response times ?

Hi All I want to get a new 20inch widescreen monitor and i watch a lot of dvds , i like the Dell 2007 but noticed it has a high Response time of 16ms ,is it better to go for a lower Response time ?

yes quicker response times are better...ghosting will probably be noticable in movies too when the action is fast paced.
ive never noticed any ghosting but the 2 panels i have are 2ms on a 22" and 4ms for the 46".

if you can stretch the budget a bit then go for atleast a 22"...watching movies on a small screen just pretty much kills it.

wow ! so a 20 inch is now considered a small screen ? where have i been ,must be out of touch ha ! but i know whay u mean ..
