And is saddened to hear this :(

Found this little fella on his last legs, he was about 6 or 7 weeks old and riddled with cat flu, now he's fighting fit :)

Poor Cat. My sister lost hers to Cancer just before Xmas at 16 years old. She was in flood of tears 'cos her cat was her 'rock' (someone to confide in/pour out trouble etc.) so to speak during her separation & then divorce.

So sorry to hear that :(
I lost my two boys almost two years ago but I still really miss them. They went within a few months of each other :( (They were brothers and their brother who my friend kept died a few months after them. strange old world.)
When I'd come home from a night out I'd go in and give them a big cuddle and sometimes I still walk into the living room and expect to see them there.

Sooty suffered the most I think. He had an overactive thyroid which after an op resolved itself but then the other thyroid became overactive and the medication wasn't working. Then he had a lump in his stomach, I don't remember if it was cancer or not.
My mum and I wanted to do the right thing by letting him go because we could tell he wasn't happy and most likely in pain. He couldn't sit for long because the lump was fairly large and he had a really horrible seizure :( which the vets said could happen again.
But my dad being my dad called us a very rude word and wouldn't let us. (Sooty was his favourite.) We didn't want to but it was awful seeing him like that. My mum finally said a few days later that if he made it through the night she'd take him to the vets but that night he passed away. Few months later Sweep developed kidney problems. The medication didn't work and we lost him too. :(

Think I've got some dust in my room as well :(

Hi back to Rusty..that's such an awesome photo :)
