Rest periods between working days

What hours are they asking her to work that make her feel she is being over-worked, Gilly?

Rich

Not overworked, just that her shifts seem to be too close together. Typically she'll have 3 days off and then work 3pm - 11pm and be expected in at 7am the next day.

Hmmmm that is quite close together - only giving seven hours! even if you have a total of an hours commute I doubt you could fit more than five hours sleep in there.

She should have a word with the managers - its a double edged sword as she will get annoyed with the work, and she will probably not be able to perform to her usual standards if she is knackered!
