Hi - I've been upping the speed of my new rig:
Intel Core 2 DUO E6400
Asus P5W DH Deluxe WiFi
Connect3D ATI Radeon X1900 XT 512MB
Zalman CNPS9500-LED Aero Flower
GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2

and windows seems to like it so far at 375FSB, 3GHz on the CPU. However, now when I select to restart the machine, it shutsdown windows as normal, then switches off completely. About 5 seconds later, it fires up again by itself.

It does then same when saving and exiting from the Bios.

I guess it's kind of working, but it wasn't doing that earlier! Suggestions welcome :)

I had this problem mate.......it's known bug on the Asus boards. It happens when you reach a certain fsb or vcore, or both. Whenever you restart it will cut the power for about 3 secs then reboot as normal. It's not harmful so need to worry, but it is annoying though
