Restart my sound card?

basically when games crash sometimes i get this annoying noise on my sound card, tried messing around in Xonar D2 audio center but it doesnt stop it..

is there any way i can restart my sound card, rather than restart PC to get rid of this...

You might be able to disable then enable it in device manager.

disabled, and enabled noise didnt stop
