Restart problems / PSU recommendation?

One of my PCs has been randomly dieing for a while now and im not sure why Basically the whole machine just instantly stops, everything turns off except the power LED stays on! The PC then needs a Hard reboot to start again.
Anyone have any ideas ?? Im thinking a possible dodgy PSU? It was replaced around 2 years ago after the last one died so isnt ancient. If so can anyone recommend a (Cheap but good quality) PSU for this basic setup please?

Asus a7v8x MB
Athlon XP 2000+
Geforce 6600AGP
1gig ram
2x80mm case fans
2 Hard Drives

Any advice appreciated

the best for under 50quid would be a Seasonic S12 430W Silent ATX2.0 Power Supply (CA-000-SS). but it depends what u classify as cheap. what your budget

Maybe it's overheating? Give the fans/ducts a hoover as dust blocks airflow
