Restarting while gaming problem

Happened a few times now.
When I'm in a game, usually after an hour or two my system just randomly freezes for 5 seconds then restarts itself.

I have checked SpeedFan and all temps are fine...no overheating.

Specs:
E5200 @ 3.25Ghz (Speedfan says 38c when I'm in game, doesn't move)
Asus P5Q Pro
Noctua cooler
Sapphire 4850
WD 250GB

Any ideas?
Most recently did it with CS:Source yesterday and Age of Empires 3 today.

You say your temps are fine, what's the GFX temps at?
Try at stock speeds and voltages, see if that makes a difference.
Is your system prime stable?

put in a brand new corsair HX620 yesterday. Took out an old Hiper 580 Type M.

Card is sitting at 58c. Looks a little high.
Prime stable overnight...so 8+ hours.

disable automatic restarts, that way if theres an associated error code you'll be able to read it, to check gfx tamps, start GPU-z in background and log the file

I guess I do that in BIOS?

Played a few games yesterday and it seemed fine. Didn't restart once.

I'll have a look for the latest drivers on the ATI site.

EDIT: Just installed the new drivers. Fan speed is at 50%. Temp sits at 63c when idle.
Have to check it later on a game. Is that fan speed/temp correct?...or does it look a little high for 50%?

Done. Thanks.

EDIT: Played Age of Empires 3 for about 2 hours...checked temps when I quit and it was up to 79c...does not look good >.<

gfx cards can handle a lot more heat than your CPU, so its not necessarily a problem, but to get accurate temp readings you need to use GPU-z and create a log file, checking them when you come out of a game doesnt mean much as they could have cooled down quite a bit in just a few secs

Ran prime orthos yesterday and today.
Small FFTs to stress the CPU - Everthing went smoothly. Load 100% sitting at 55c both cores. Did that for an hour.
Then did a blend to stress CPU and RAM - ran for about 3mins then my comp froze and restarted randomly like it has been during games...odd...
Then I did large FFTs to stress the ram - comp immediately froze and restarted...

So I am thinking my ram has a problem?
Screenshot below...anything look odd?

Yeah sounds like its definately RAM related, try running memtest on each stick individually, also you could try loosening those timings off, in fact Id try this first if I were you try 5-5-5-15

Thnx EsaT. Will have a look at that in a min.
35mins Large FTTs and its all fine...no warning or errors :)
Hopefully that has fixed it but I will run that burn test just to check everything :)

Edit:
Just ran the burn test. Did 5 tests. All passed 100% in 493.782 seconds.
All seems fine...now to run a game for a hour or two and see what happens.

Still have this occuring. Have replaced my Graphics card and my RAM...both times to superior spec. No idea what is causing this.

Just had it happen to me now, looked at event viewer and found this:
Any idea what it means?

Also appear to be getting a lot of errors concerning this:
