Hey guys,
In the last week or so one of my PC’s has started to restart on its own when;
• Norton IS 2005 is performing a full scan, and I’m using the internet, listening to MP3’s, using Word etc – most recently.
• Norton IS 2005 is performing a full scan and Adaware is scanning.
When I log back into Windows (XP Pro) I get the usual critical error message.
Last night I ran memtest+ for 11 hours till the morning with no errors and I ran OCCT (30 min test) with no problems? I suspected I had a memory problem, but it seems fine? The RAM is actually underclocked atm, but still has 2.6v going through it? And the whole setup has been stable until now
See rest of spec bellow. Hardware should be a problem should it?
I’ve had problems with NIS in the past, but never ones that lead to a restart
I can’t think what else it could be, I played CoD:UO online for nearly 3 hours last night and the system was fine? BF2 the same?
Any ideas guys?
SW.
