Restaurants near Royal Albert Hall

Hi all, I'm going to a show at the Royal Albert Hall in March; staying in the Hilton across Hyde Park with my girlfriend and I'd like to take her to a nice restaurant. She's really big on Japanese food, and I was wondering if anyone had and recommendations of Japanese restaurants in/around that area? Appreciate any input anyone may have!

The obvious choice would be Nobu which is near to Hyde Park, it's very nice. Also nearby is Kai which is Chinese, but is extremely good Michelin starred food that I'd rate higher than Nobu. I believe Nobu also still has one Michelin star which it has had for a long time.

Both are fairly pricey.
