Restore SQL Server 2008 Standard DB to Web

Is it OK to restore a datbase which has been running on SQL 2008 Standard edition on a web edition version? Will there be any problems with simple DBs?

AFAIK it should be fine. from what I can remember web editions biggest limitation is the fact it can't be a publisher for replication.

obviously you'll want to restore to a test server first
