Restored BIOS defaults - computer won't boot

I have an ASUS mobo & windows on RAID 0 set up

I restored & saved restore BIOS defaults (never back up'd my mobo settings cause i haven't overclocked)

now my comp won't boot to OS "Disk read error"

I think my computer has forgotten windows is set up RAID 0 - how do I remind it?

Sounds like you have to change the boot order in the bios. Also make sure it is configured for raid operation.
