Restoring a wbadmin backup

My Google skills are failing me today.

Can someone let me know how I would restore an image backup using wbadmin? For example, would I first need to install windows then restore the image? Or can this be done by booting from USB or similar?

Also, how long would a 300GB image restore take roughly?

I did a test on 150 GB restore on an old P4 system and it took 1 hour, just in case any one comes across this post looking for an answer.

wbadmin backup is pretty impressive, you can even restore to dissimilar hardware. Congrats Microsoft for finally having a good backup system
