Restoring contacts?

Hi guys

Tried to sync phone > outlook (I have a new email account). It has wiped all of my contacts.

Any ideas on how I can get them back?

Restore sorted it...

How can I sync my iphone to outlook tho, can't see an option for it.

Should be an option for it when the device is plugged in, check one of the tabs. Should list something to do with syncing the outlook account with mail on the iPhone.

Restarted outlook + itunes and it works now
