Hi.
Ive just moved to my new system, running Vista64.
I installed Opera, copyed my old Opera directory over it, expecting to get all my bookmarks, all my toolbars, ect; back. Didnt work.
Went to my old installation, looking for the Opera stuff in profiles, nothing there.

Anyone got any ideas on this?

Thanks in advance all. :).

Already read them. :(
Its odd, because on my XP installation, theres no data in the profile folder for Opera in App data?

Thats what i did, but theres nothing in the old app date folder for Opera. Theres a folder. But nothing in it?

Its getting annoying now.
I downloaded the classic installer, set it to multiple users, copyed the profile data off my old system to the appdata opera profile folder, doesnt work.
Uninstalled, installed again, single user, then copyed old opera over itself, still wont work!

Dont know what else to try!?

Got it working!!! :D

All the paths in the config files are pointing towards \program files\Opera\...
When Opera is actually installed to \Program Files (x86)\Opera.

So i replaced all the entries that i could find to the right one, and it seems to be working! :D

Sort of....

Although Opera is set to be the default web browser, the system still opens web links in IE.

Gonna try a fresh install of Opera, and then manually import each of my toolbars from the info off the Opera website.
