Hi guys,
My folks have an old Dell Precision T3400 back at home which powers up but does little else.
Replacing the HDD, video card and memory modules has made no difference so Im guessing the mobo is dead.
The current mobo is a Dell TP412. I've bought a replacement TP412 for about £35.00 and was looking to get a Intel Core 2 Quad processor to spruce things up from the current Core 2 Duo processor. Any ideas how far the motherboard will stretch in supporting the different variations of the Core 2 Quad?
Any help is much appreciated
