Restricting firefox options menu

Since my other thread is titled Internet Explorer I guess some people might skip past it.

I also want to know how to hide the Adblock Plus menu option under FireFox > Tools??

I've installed Public Fox and passworded the Addon's options (amongst others) but I want to hide the menu option so my brother cannot turn it off.

I've read a little bit about editing menus in Firefox but I'm still a little un-sure on what I need to do for this.
