what is the best free program to run for resuming downloads that get interupted? thanks

Use an internet connection that doesn't need downloads to be resumed :confused:

Can't say I've needed that feature since I left 56k behind.

I'm having problems with Opera as well, it's not finishing my downloads at all now. Grr..
