Retail game prices?

Today I looked in five different stores in town for the lowest price on Call of duty 4.

One was £29.99, the rest being £34.99. However I did find a limited edition version for £24.99. I bought it and it has a poster, a free downloadable strategy guide and the disk.

Why was this £10 cheaper in the sale, as it was the £35 version with added stuff :confused:

I dont understand retail prices at all sometimes

I paid £22.99 for the limited edition last week in the game sale.

Prices will always differ when you shop around.

Buying it off Steam however is $70+ tasx, so $80 odd, meaning £40+

Same here, a pretty nice buy
I didn't fancy paying £30 for it because I am used to paying at least less than £25 for games
