Anybody tell me what these mean in the CPU headers?
Some dont even have either of the above.

Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. The full rules can be found under the 'Terms and Rules' link in the bottom right corner of your screen. Just don't mention competitors in any way, shape or form and you'll be OK.
Cheers, very efficient.
If you get a Retail does that rule out adding your own heatsink?
You can still use your own heatsink if you want.
do you have to take theres off first though?
Also retail comes with 3 years warranty comapred to oem's 1 year, and the new cpus (Skylake K series) no longer come with a heat sink.
That's good because the cost savings will be passed onto the consu- sorry, I can't finish that sentence with a straight face!
Is it just the warrenty you get with 'retail' K series Skylake CPUs then?
If the warranty is the main benefit of retail, what happens if overclocking is planned? Doesn't that void any warranty anyway?
Forgive me if this is a very naïve question - I'm new to overclocking!
