Retail or OEM XP Pro. for Bootcamp?

Can I just use an OEM copy of Windows XP to install with Boot Camp? Or do I need a full retail copy?

I assume I need a license for Parallels as well?
I'm tempted to go the Parallels route as I only need to run a couple of windows programs rarely, and they don't need much power..

you can use anything as long as its an bootable XP CD

i only know because ive installed OEM on to a macbook

It has to be XP SP2 though. If you've got a original or SP1 CD then you'll need to slipstream SP2 onto it.
