Some advice needed please.. :)

We ordered some furniture from a mainstream retailer online.
It came delivered in several packages but upon inspection the contents are from different colour ranges.

As we're outside their weekend delivery area, I'd already taken a half day for the initial delivery and now they're refusing to exchange the goods at a time which suits me (I don't want to waste another half day).

What can I do? They're very insistent they can't deliver at weekends in my area but they messed up?

tell them that you are rejecting the goods and you require a refund , that may lead to a change in attitude

Just get new carpet and curtains.
lol - maybe that's the retailer's strategy.
Unfortunatley it comprises two types of wood - one lot is natural (our preference) and the other stained.
