hi folks,

I'm looking at ordering a few pc games off gameplay but I've never used them before.

Can anyone recommend them or let me know of any bad experiences with them?

Great retailer, on pre-orders you allways get it a day before the release (or in the case of F.E.A.R, a week!).

Yet as said, they tend to be slightly more expensive than competators.

Well there's absolutely no need to get a game on the day of release so I opt to get them 5-10% cheaper a few days later.
 
Well once i install the demos & try the games i want, I'll make up my mind.

for these games Gameplay is the cheapest on the net that I've seen

Just to add they are very good, I preordered a game a couple of days before release at like 5pm and it arrived next day lol. One game also got lost in the post from them, I waited 7 days to see if it would turn up and it didn't, so I filled in their online form, sent it to them and then got another copy of the game the following day. Excellent service.
 
2nd to none, I've been using them for around 4 years now and not once have they cocked up (over 80 orders with them).

Wow, talk about definitive feedback :D
 
ive been using them for ages, always get pre orders day before the release, even halo 2 would you believe it :D

orders are very quick, i still think their prices are great, excellent service by far the best online games retailer :)
 
Very happy with their services and prices :)

Even had the need to use their returns system on 2 different (PS2) games due to them being god awful. Very quickly answered phonecall and all the necessarys dealt with quickly. Returned and bank account credited within 48 hours - excellent service there :)
