Retrive email from inbox?

SBS 2003 system, somebody sent an email in to the wrong address and its gone via the distribution group to a number of staff in the office who shouldnt be allowed to see it (data protection), can I delete the email from their inbox before they come in tomorrow and see it? and if so how? (I am the business owner and the network admin, have administrative logins/etc)

If you have the correct permissions to their mailbox, simply create a profile in Outlook to access their mailbox. Open mailbox, delete mail, close mailbox, remove profile from Outlook.

Job done.

Give yourself permission on their account, add their account to your outlook, delete email, remove account.

Before doing this consider the data protection issues that arise from opening a mailbox without a users permission or knowledge. This will depend entirely on your IT policies but you could potentially land yourself up in court.
