Retro car enthusiasts get your wallet out

Spend 35k on a car you will not dare drive on the road incase of a accident or adding miles/wear to it.So will be sat in a garage for many more years.

Can think of many more cars I would prefer to sit and admire for £35k.

I only hope that the person who does buy it actually intends to use it, cars like this should be used as intended, driven and driven hard, it really is a damn shame that cars like these rarely if ever see the road.:(

Says who?

The car is only going to go up in value, terrible way of spending money!!

Plus who says it won't be used? I've seen turbo 2's driven on the road before.

The sort of person who buys this is going to be well off, it won't be an only car, odds are he will already have a sports car.

I very doubt the car will be used for what it was built for.

Much prefer to spend my money on a 67-69 mustang. Yes I understand people love the old Renault 5 turbo and it is a iconic French car. But no, in my opinion 35k can go on a much better classic.

O and Simon is right, 7up!

LOL you'd have to be completely insane to buy that.

Could buy 45,000 cans of Sprite.

Or 35,000 chicken Mc Mayos. Can't argue with that.
