Vendetta!!!!

One of my true favourites! Hardly anyone knows about it either!

Which version? US/Eur, or the dodgy Asian version with the outrageous leather clad dudes on the third level?

The dodgy version. There's even Randy Doberman dogs later. Lol

Do Dreamcasts go for much these days? I have a boxed one as new in the loft with House of the Dead 2 and lightgun among other things.

Console and a controller and all the cables usually in the £40-50 range. Depending on box condition and if the console has yellowed.

Maybe £15-20 for the game and gun together.

Todays pick up, mainly bought it for the GunCon and Time Crisis. Will probably keep Bloody Roar and Die Hard trilogy as well. I think it's the cleanest system I've ever picked up and some of the games look almost brand new. I'll probably end up keeping all of it since what's left isn't worth that much.

Paid £35

Want to try Gunstar heroes on megadrive! Said to be pretty good!

Cheapest way to play it is via the Classics collection if you don't want to emulate and play on original hardware. Unless you get yourself a flash cartridge. The you can play anything on original hardware.

It's a pretty tough game so you may want to try before you buy.

Was playing some Speedball 2 on my A1200T earlier and it turned off. :(

It's deadded... :(

Luckily, I think it's just the PSU. New ATX psu ordered and hopefully once I swap it'll all be good again.

If you go doen the AliExpress route then maybe look at a flash cartridge. I think they work out less than £30 with a preloaded SD card.

I' think I've bought 50 now and been reselling them on eBay.

May be the way to go. I do like the idea of these carts but something feels bad about paying someone for what is essentially piracy if i understand right? But then i suppose the carts dont make themselves :D

Fathers day coming up, 1st one so mrs wants our 5month old to get me something :D maybe ill suggest one of these?

Is this the one?

Is it perfect? No performance issues or video quality loss?

The SD card has all the ROM files on it, you then flash a file onto the cartridge. The flash cartridge is then essentially that game cartridge until you overwrite it. The only difference being when you power on you are taken to a menu screen first and have to press the A button or Start to play the game.

Other than that it's an identical experience to playing original carts.

Using it to play games you already own isn't piracy.

As for the rest, you can always purchase them via Steam or Virtual console. Depends on what you want to play and what's available to actually buy.

what system is that DoA 2 game for ?

I had it, but I cant remember what console I had it on, and io played it to death, that was one beat em up I was actually pretty good at :p :)
