just waiting for my wireless sensor bar , PS2 component lead, PS2 wireless controllers

WII = HDMI
XBOX 360 = HDMI
PS2 = Component
SNES = Scart

Looking good! I need to make mine more presentable and start using it all more!

thanks, it took me all day threading cables, re threading cables, and i cabled tied up everything, so going down the sides of my hifi unit, ive used white cable ties to hide the black wires, and when i didn't tie them to the silver struts, i used black ties with black cables to hide as much as possible

well worth doing, looks to tidy !

Nice pick ups guys.

I added a few more PS2 games yesterday. Ratchet and Clank Gladiator and Size Matters and Jak X. Plus a few other titles that turned out to be either PS2 exclusives or at least console exclusive games.

I'll post some pictures tomorrow if I get time.

If anyone wants a few ps2 games I have gt4, soul caliber 3, metal gear 2 and final fantasy 10. I don't have a ps2 or intend to collect so whoever wants them they are yours for the cost of postage:)

kinger8938 - I'd love those if that is okay, I play PS2 regularly and do not have any of those games!

No problem mate I'll get them to you :) feel free to trust me your address or whatever is best and we will go from there! A shame to see them unused!

Will get back to you on lunch break or later today but consider them yours :)

Thank you mate, really generous of you! I will be playing them all the way through as they are all fantastic games and in the day I did play them, although didn't finish Final Fantasy. I will trust you now!

Late night grainy phone shot... my dad dropped this off earlier (from my youth!)

I'll find out tomorrow what is in the rest of it :D

^^Are those ZX Spectrum games? My dad has a Spectrum we used to play, before I got my Megadrive and shifted over the that!

Recently I have gone on a little retro splurge, getting a Retro-Bit Trio (can play NES, SNES and Megadrive cartridges), then deciding to get a Super GameBoy to play my old Gameboy games on it (works great), then getting a SNES Super Mario World + Allstars cartridge and then getting Super Mario Bros for the NES.

I also bought a PSP and put CFW on it. (I can't go into further details here sadly.)

Just curious, how old is everyone who collects retro stuff?

I just turned 34 a few days ago and still very much remember the days of playing on Atari/ZX/C64/Amiga.

I was playing some Shock Troopers last night and it reminded me of an older game I used to love playing but cannot for the life of me remember what it was called.

It's a very similar game to shock troopers but I remember it being on a desert island and being a vertical scroller.

I must have only been around 10 when it was out so it was early 90's for sure. It could well be Shock Troopers that I remember. (I remember golden beaches and a very blue ocean.)

I'm 48 in April.

I've been playing games since the Space Invaders and Asteroids days of the late 70's.

First home console was a Radofin 1392 around 1981-2. My first home computer was a Texas Instruments TI994A, around 1983.

I only collect the odd thing, but I'm 30. Still have most of my original consoles and their boxes, except my Megadrive's box (which got destroyed over time). Have it's manual though! :cool:

I'm nearly 36 and still have a Donkey Kong Game & Watch and various other old Nintendo consoles and up till recently still had a Megadrive and an Amstrad CPC 464+ with colour monitor.

Don't have as many things as I'd like. Wife won't let me lol.
