Retro console and games thread

I think I've nearly collected every Dreamcast game I want, apart from Skies of Arcadia. For some bizarre reason I can't justify paying £30+ for it, even though its an awesome game.

Bizarre really...

My small collection of games I'm going through until the 3DS arrives!

I've had metal gear for the gameboy colour for absolute years I've come to the conclusion that I will never finish it!

I've still got my original grey brick. It's one of the few consoles I had that I never sold on when I upgraded. :)

No boxes though. :(

Link's Awakening is one of my all time favourite games. :)

The more i read the last few posts the closer i get to buying a Dreamcast :(

Same here :( Especially after seeing the DC collection for the Xbox 360 last night!

This thread has also given me a craving for another N64 as I want to play Mario64 again. Plus I've always wanted a SNES as it's one of the few consoles I never had. :(

You know what you need to do;) All 3 can be had for very good deals on a certain auction site

Further adding to my retro collection I have just bought this!

Cannot beat Tetris on the original GB :)
The original (and best) Gameboy. That looks to be in great condition mate. Well done, a good buy! I remember Chirtsmas 91" was a great year for me with that original Gameboy (and box), Tetris, Quix and Double Dragon as my starter games!

My Castle Of Illusion and World Of Illusion games arrived yesterday. Once Quackshot is here I will post a pic of all three.

I picked that lot up from eBay again... Cost me £40 inc. shipping, but the console does need it's 72pin connector replacing (which I'll be doing this weekend).

This copy of SMB3 isn't in the same condition as my last copy, but works and includes everything in the box (box does have some wear). I'm always happy to sell spares :)

Ha don't get me started! I've already spent this morning working on 'eBay' ;) haha so far resisted any temptation to press the buy button so far :)

It's no use resisting, it won't work:p You'll be browsing and the next thing you know, you'll have hit that buy button and you'll be the proud owner of a nice retro console :D
