So I was thinking the other day I wish there was a netflix for streaming games.

Looks like it's almost ready for release - it's fully licensed and it's called Antstream Games - worth checking out. Stumbled upon them on LinkedIn whilst looking for developers!

This should give you some confidence in the service....

The OP is play on demand, not watch, you can already play retro games online in a browser without a subscription so i fail to see the point.

Probably not given what Nintendo are in the process of doing, though the websites can be found super easy in Google.
