Hey guys, had to return my monitor last week as it was damaged, i recieved a email from OC, labeled the box with RMA and address, sent it away Tuesday AM, but i cant check it online, i have gone onto my account, and RMA history and it says there is none. Am i looking in the wrong place?
 
Sounds like you're looking at the right place. Send them a webnote.

They've been sitting on my broken motherboard for over a week now, and it's hardly going to be difficult to diagnose. Frustrating when I'm about to move house, but I daresay they have their reasons.
 
yea, i spoke to them on the phone before i sent it and they said they will send out the new monitor as soon as the damaged 1 is recieved to them, and im sure they hav it by now... :(

plus it suck using a old 15inch that im borrowing off a mate on my awesome new build that cost me 2k.... cry.
 
I'm on a phenom 1 dual core that I bought purely to get through what i expected to be a very long rma process. Computer aided design on this is horrible, but at least my screen is pretty..
