Hi guys
Can anyone confirm what is the exact t&c for this as I stupidly bought the evga 780 classified but now changed my mind as I would like the 780ti classified

Cheers

You get 7 days statutory. OcUK extend the terms of the DSR for an additional 7 days at their discretion.

So basically you just send back the card saying you don't want it :).

Hi guys just been told it can be opened and returned in first 7 days but has to be unopened after 7 days if I want to return it?

QUOTE:
*Has the packaging been opened at all? Within the 1st 7 days you can return an item under DSR with packaging opened.

However under our extended 14 day return policy anything between 7 - 14 days old need to be completely sealed, unused and cellophane wrapped.

Well Gibbo has said before that they copy the terms of the DSR exactly for the additional 7 days. Probably worth just clarifying in the CS forum.

Yes id be interested to know this. Very sneaky if they've changed the terms without making us aware. Its great that ocuk have this 14 day thing but not so good if you're not allowed to open the item and try it.

Thanks rusty I thought so as I returned my 8 day old mobo so as to get a different one and that was opened

Where did you see this?

I'm not wanting to cause any bother but the 14 dsr is a big plus for me and that's why I and a lot of other people use overclockers

Well, the website says that instead of 7 days they offer 14 days - which implies full DSR cover, as Gibbo has said. That would mean you could open and use it and return for any reason.
