Afternoon just a querey really I recently got my new build from overclockers an haswell refresh system I put the order in over 3 weeks ago the reason it took so long was due to them not having the corsair 330r case in stock after the purchase I was told that the 330r would have been in stock couple days later so after waiting 10 days I rang overclockers to ask when the delivery would be made so I could arrange someone to be in for the delivery then I was told the system was not been built due to 5hem not having the case in stock I had no email no nothing to explain so overclockers gave me a refund of £40 which was fair enough then they told me that the 330r would have been in stock on the 31st july I got an email on the 31st saying that they was expecting the case on that day then on the monday I got another email saying the 330r cases had not arrived in stock then I had to choose another case
Which john at overclockers picked for me so then I get this system left it unboxed ror day or 2 due to me not having no speakers then I get it out the box to find theres no power adapter to plug in to turn the pc on I feel I have just been messed around and want to return the product the first time mistake ivcould understand but the second time is enough

Power cable is not a problem but they really need to tell people especially customers that are spending good money that cables do not come with power cables i gave mone away when I gave my pc to my relation expecting to get one with this build
