i brought a second hand graphic card which i am thinking is faulty it doesnt have a serial number on it can i return it to ati. it is a 5770.

Warranty's aren't transferrable so unless the person you bought it from is willing to handle the RMA you're SOOL.

Very much dout it, also you would need a receipt as proof of purchase.

ATI don't sell graphics cards directly.

They manufacture GPU's for the likes of Asus, MSI, HIS, XFX, Sapphire etc. to sell.

If you were to have any hope of returning it you would have to contact the card vendor.
