Return procedure for Samsung monitors?

I bought a Samsung 23A750D monitor a week ago but there was a dead pixel on a red background and partially on a white background. I was hoping it would somehow go away but it hasn't.

I've taken off the plastic wrapping from the monitor, but not the base. I still have the protective sheet in the box to attach with the cardboard sticker. The 3D glasses haven't been opened or seal broken, nor has the packaging for the CD's and things. I'd just need to wrap the displayport wire together.

How would I go about returning this? Through phone or online? Would OC.co.uk send me a new one as I send back my old one? Is it free postage due to OC's zero dead pixel guarantee for Samsung monitors? Finally, what if the next one has a dead pixel.. are OC.co.uk allowed to open up and check?

Thanks :p

I'd just contact Samsung and have them repair it. It can take 7-10 days and they will collect and return it free of charge. However, if you want a quicker turn around time then rma it, but I don't know how long it will take OCUK to test and offer a replacement if they find a fault with it.
