Return / Repair

Hi All

I've got a 1st gen touch that has got a fault, i've check with apple and it is still under warranty but I cannot find anywhere on the Apple site with information on how i return it.

Call them that is what i did with my iphone they send prepaid packaging next day

Or book a Genius Bar appointment and take it to your local Apple Store (assuming you have one near you)
