Right we looking to resurrect the old Sw:TOR guild, we formed a brand new one, even though the old (2) are still there, just issue with name, one called the Niman Immortals, other The old Immortals.

So we back up as The Immortals, if any of you looking to get back into the game and want to join a friendly guild, you always welcome, we are on TOFN, a Republic guild

When I got back I tried a few of the other guilds as was not thinking about running the guild again, but they were just lifeless, some had a lot of members, but they never spoke, never arranged anything as a guild, just felt like a number, one thing that we always were was social. Had many a good laugh on VoiP, doing the stupidest things, or just wiping the Sith off the face of any planet we found them.

Remember as we just started the rebuild the guild is far from active, but over time we will build the numbers, hopefully in the right way, we do not ever ninja invite.


So if you fancy a go before the next expansion, now is the time!

What side, me and the wife have started again on SWTOR. Not played since launch.

Ahh sorry, we have gone Republic as they sure are the underdogs

Added this video as I forgot about it, and it shows what we like more than any of the other Raids, PvP/wPvP or WB video's.

If you ask why we were doing this, just because we could it was funny and it was Blounty/Sengar dumb idea (if yup look carefully you will spot quite a few OcUk'ers doing it as well)

TOFN is dire population wise these days, if you never ever play outside of peak hours it can be OK-ish but that's it. No chance i'd move back there from The Red Eclipse.

Its not great, but no where near as bad as people say still over a 100 on fleet in the afternoon/evening. I'm never short for a Raid/HM group.

Doh on Red Eclipse also, heard the PVP servers tanked and most of EU pop was on the PVE.

Still plenty of wPvp going on, just now its rubbish due to no Republic guild organized enough to fight back! Embarrassing poor Republic!

Sorry missed this post, yeah let me know what you think, personally I think the game has matured very well.

Though saying that, I believe (not checked this) that with the new expansion they will not be bringing in any new raids. What they will be doing is scaling up all raids to 65.

This could very well be mistake by them as people are pretty bored with what's there is now, which even though I've only been back in the game 2 months, I can fully understand I have run all the newer raids maybe 10/15 times, and all the old ones maybe 40/50 times.

They could lose players who are looking for something new.

Scaling old raids and changing the tactics still makes it a old recogniseable raids.
(Make me think of cods new games, just reskinned old ones)

But anyway I digress, if you like the game and want to lend a hand in rebuilding the guild let me know.

have they fixed the buggy camera/mouse movement yet? whenever i looked around the camera would randomly jump up and look at the ceiling...

That really put me off playing and that was about a month ago.

Not had that issue at all so cant really answer.

I haven't played this since the game came out (think i only got to level 25) how's the game improved?

Well TBH, if you could not get passed level 25 then the game is never going to work for you I guess.

Should add as I said we rerolled the guild, old one has just been left as holder for old players, and we are now over 50 in so growing quite steady

They are the only 2 I've really looked at, but can you link any that are worse than ToR?

Also the Wildstar model is better regardless of how the games fares since going f2p.

While I have never thought the Sw:TOR F2P model is the best, its also not the most restrictive, there is very little you cannot do in the game that you can as a subscriber, they just limit how much you can do, yes I think they a little bit nickle and dime, but that side, I think the game has improved hugely and IMO, is the best MMO out there right now.

Guild wise since we back the guild has over 50 in, but still not feeling like a guild, and unless get a few more social people in think we may just not make it!

Well rather be what ever you prefer playing (as you could be on it a lot!) though if I had to say, I would think smuggler/trooper healers

Hi, u guys rep or sith? do you do much raiding are or are u guys still levelling?

Rep, most of then guild still; levelling, though I run raids most days, still mostly pugs, but more and more of the guild is joining.

Once we got enough 60's, will go to 3 raid nights a week on a 2 hour run (fixed set time)

Will maybe have to look for a new raid leader as not sure our old one is coming back, just had a kid so ..

(I do not have the temperament to lead raids! )

Well one thing is certainly different is levelling with the 12x XP is very fast, so does not feel like a grind at all!

I've gone Commando for the healing but I was thinking just pure gathering for skills. What's the best 2 to get (I am right in thinking you are limited to 2 now aren't you if its f2p?)

Still looking for more people. as even though we over 70 now, still not really working as a guild, I've run guilds for a long time and you can normally tell when things are going well or not!

The only issue im having atm is lvl 60's are camping all the storyline mission givers on tatooine so i cant get any further (till i sneak on why they aren't there)

Gimme a call next time, I'll come along and bash em

reduced XP gain for non subs once you hit lvl 20

Depending how bad this is will effect whether I carry on playing.
