Well I spoke to someone the other day from Microsoft support and we arranged for my Xbox to go back and be sorted out (3 red lights.) Problem is that she didn’t speak very good English so am not entirely sure as to the process of sending it back...
I have received the email from UPS with the ticket you need to print out and stick on the packaging you are sending your Xbox back in, but a mate has just told me that they send you the box to send it back in?? Is this true or not?
If it’s not true then I am ready to pack it up in my own boxing, ring UPS and arrange for them to pick it up.
Any help would be very appreciated
