My lads Xbox one is telling him it's got a fault with it's wifi and after speaking with M$ it appears it has to either go back to the retailer for an exchange or be sent via UPS to Germany for repair.
My lads concerned that if they replace it or erase his hard drive for whatever reason he'll lose all his game progress.
I'm fairly sure such progress is kept at Cloud level rather than locally on his machine and he won't lose his progression on games such as Destiny, Battlefront etc.
Can somebody confirm this for me please as my Googling is failing me!
