I bought a pair of headphones from a website and they broke after about 4 months use, i returned them and the company kindly replaced them within the week. The returned ones seemed to be a 2nd generation as the part that had previously broken had changed.
Fast forward to today and the wire connection to the jack seems to have come loose and sometimes needs a wiggle to get back into place to get the stereo sound back. I guess I’m going to need to return these headphones soon and I wondered if I had any options for a refund or a change of headphones to the same value?
