I have a RMA number for part of an order where the wrong goods were sent out. How does it work, can I get the postage refunded or do I have to pay even though its not my mistake. I did ask via web note, but didn't get an answer to that bit, so was wondering what other people have done in the past. Im going to ring them tomorrow, just didn't want to push for something if there is no chance of getting it....

Get them to arrange collection. You souldn't have to pay for their mistake.
