my elite suddenly got rrod today (always been well ventilated and I only use it very occasionally)
I bought it in september so it's well within the 12 months guarantee from the well known high street store with close contacts to the video rental market (not sure if they are classed as a competitor)
Has anyone had experience of such a return?
Do I hold onto my HDD? - only contains 1 bought xbla game
Should I take everything back to the store (psu, controllers, leads etc.) or just the console?
Where is my live gold membership stored?
