I have only ever gone through a return process in the chat service. They ask you if you want UPS to bring the labels, no idea about cancelling yourself.

only refunded once & that was A Mac Pro many years ago after going through 2 months of repair issues
ended up with Head of European Support & Apple employees actually came collected it in person... although I doubt they would do that often
