Returning Items to OCUK - Which Courier?

If any of you have unfortunately had to return items to OCUK, (RMA or DSR) which courier / delivery service do you use - they seem to vary quite a bit in price.

Also do you insure the item for the full value or take the risk?

Any recommendations?

Royal mail if it's small if it's anything bigger I use myhermes as it's the cheapest courier currently. Around £4 for a biggish parcel.

Just checked them out - could have saved a about a fiver if I had used them this morning

There is a reason they are cheap though, certainly would not trust or use them for anything expensive or breakable.

DPD are obviously very good.

DPD didn't do themselves any favours last week.

GFX Card ordered on Wednesday (next day delivery), it was returned from the depot back to OCUK due to damage!
OCUK sent another card out on Thursday for delivery on Friday between 14:49 and 15:49 - driver (Lorenzo) was delayed, tracking status not updated until 20:20! - rescheduled for Saturday when it finally arrived.
