Returning My 360,

Ok so the last couple of days I my 360 has been crashing after like 5,10 mins of play, I've tried all the suggestions on the xbox support site but its still doomed!

Im taking it back to the shop I got it today (as its not even 2 months old), I was wondering do you think they will let me keep my HD from my broken machine? If not is it best to format the HD to remove my account details etc...? Please correct me if I'm speaking aload of pooh! :rolleyes:

Most stores will let you keep your HDD if you're returning it to the store, afaik MS' repair service dont ask for the HDD when they take it back.
 
I dont know, it depends some shops allow you to swap out the hard drives, but some dont, if they want the hd back ask them to plug in your new xbox(you should do it anyway just to make sure it works) and remove your hd content.

I would but the customer support line is rubbish and they dont have listed numbers for exact stores, Will Just give it a bash!
