Returning to Folding@home but work units are not downloading?

Hi there

I though I return to folding to do my little bit and downloaded the V7.5.1 client last night. It did pull down a work unit but not one for the GPU and came to switch it back on and its not even getting a work uni for the CPU so im doing no folding atm any ideas ?

I left everything to its defaults settings as it been so long

Servers are overloaded.

I recommend downloading boinc and signing up for Rosetta@Home.

Set F@H priority slightly higher so that when you do get some F@H work units it switches to F@H and pauses Rosetta.
