I know it's shop talk but i need some advice as to what to do please.
I will be receiving some items from OCUK today but one of the items is of no use to me so i want to return it unopened under distance selling regulations.
On the website it says you have to send in a webnote for returns and refund. Which part of the webnote do i need to fill in? RMA returns?
What is the procedure?
