Returning To OCUK.

after talking with tech support at OCUK they said to send back my graphics card as it isn't working right, either not compatible or something else.
anyway, will i still have to pay the £10 for them to check it if i'm sending it back for a refund?

Any item found to be not faulty will be subject to a £10 +VAT charge if collected or a £10 + return shipping + VAT charge if shipped back to the customer.

this says the fee is for them to check if it is faulty when you're sending it back, if i'm sending it back because it's not compatible will i still have that charge?

you can send it bk saying you dont want it if its new with no charge.

because it is your error i think that you should and probably will have to pay. Unless you are returning it under the distance selling thingy.

i would kind of agree, but it's me who would be paying so i don't, lol.
if i wanted to return for a refund instead of replacement because it was maybe faulty/from the bad bunch
