Obviously I won't name the high street retailer but I purchased a 360 in april, got it replaced in may ( due to disc scratching ) now last nite had 3 lock ups while thp8 demo, not sure if it is related to heat ( ambient temp of the room was quite high ) or the fact that it was a demo but it was the first time it happened.
Does anyone know what my rights are in getting a replacement from the retailer ( i cant find my receipt ) i have all the packing which still retains the shops pricing sticker and barcode , i don't want to have to go through microsoft, it's to close to xmas. thanx
