Hey folks.

Got my new rig today stock built by OCUK - nice job too i add.

But unfortunately there is a faulty memory dimm and I want to get it swapped out.

Are ocuk open on this bank holiday, and what do you think are the chances of me getting the memeory swapped?

Should i bring the whole pc?

Its just a feeler question ocuk havent responded yet.

already have posted in theocuk section, but i figured the lads arent working right now and I was just seeing what the general consensus was.
Think i'll go with take the lot.

Does anyone know if theyre open on bank holiday monday?

Looking at the news section they were open over the easter period, I would say yes, worst case give them a call Monday.

To be honest I don't think they would be, but although this is the case they probably will be open just because of business sake.
